Description
Scallops (Chlamys spp) live along the coast at depths of up to 80 metres, and are to be found in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Biscay and Mediterranean. Our specialty is scallops in marinara sauce with olive oil.
They are an excellent source of of minerals such as iron, phosphorus, zinc, potassium and iodine, plus significant amounts of vitamins A and B. And best of all is the fact that they have hardly any calories thanks to their low fat content, making them ideal for diets.
