TUNA FILLETS
We don’t use preservatives or food coloring, but Palacio de Oriente’s tins are made to keep all the products’ nutritional properties intact for at least four years. Moreover, its high content in fatty acids allows for its consumption several times a week.
After an exhaustive cleaning and quartering, the fish is cooked and, once the bones are removed, it is packaged. At the moment of opening our canned goods, you will see an homogenous and compacted product, given that we only can tuna fillets, leaving out small crumb-like pieces to offer a bite with a more succulent texture.
